Apartment Project Continues Vertical Rise in Anaheim Platinum Triangle

The 389 residential unit apartment project known as Parallel continues construction. 


Parallel is a multifamily apartment project currently under construction in the City of Anaheim Platinum Triangle district. United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. (UDR)'s webpage provides a sneak peak of the upcoming project including details about the amenities such as roof-top fitness center, doggy daycare, pool, and resident lounge.

The developer of Parallel is the Wolff Company and the architect is Architects Orange. To the west of Parallel is Katella Grand, a recently completed apartment also developed by the Wolff Company. 

Anaheim's Platinum Triangle district has seen a resurgence of multifamily construction such as Jefferson Platinum Triangle, Vivere Flats, and A-Town. 

According to the City of Anaheim, as of June 22, 2016 there were 2,169 residential dwelling units under construction in Platinum Triangle.
