Mid-Rise Apartment Proposed Near Santa Ana MainPlace Mall

A 247 unit apartment project is proposed at 2700 N. Main Street in the City of Santa Ana. Located south of the MainPlace Mall. 


According to the City of Santa Ana, the applicant is 2700 N. Main LLC. proposes to construct a 247 unit apartment podium building. The residential building would be 7 stories tall (78 feet 5 inches tall) where two levels underground and two levels above ground would be vehicle parking (640 vehicle parking spaces). The remaining upper five levels would consist of residential units.

The 3.4 acre project site also includes an existing 12 story office tower and the developer proposes to rehab the facade of the building.   

According to the Sunshine Ordinance Meeting Notice flyer, a community meeting will be held on January 26, 2017 at 2700 N. Main Street, Suite 110, Santa Ana, CA 92705.

In addition to the proposed project, there are two other developments which are under construction. 301 Development at City Place in City of Santa Ana and Eleven10 West located in City of Orange.
