Residential Mixed-Use Proposed in Santa Ana

A residential mixed-use project is proposed by the developer, Wermers Properties, in Santa Ana's Lyon Street neighborhood. 

Referring from the rendering, the proposed development appears to have the name Prentice Park Residences. The proposed project site includes a portion of vacant land along with the Elks Lodge. The address for the project site is 1660 E. First Street. Two new buildings are proposed consisting of a seven story and a five story building of which, together, totals 601 apartment units. Among the amenities that are mentioned include: courtyards, a pool, a spa, open space that will be open to the public, and fitness rooms.

Parking will consist of under ground parking with two underground levels (1,311 vehicle parking spaces).

Wermers Properties also developed the Adagio, a multi-family residential project, in Mission Viejo and is next to the Mission Viejo Country Club.
